Deliciously decadent and ever-so-tempting, these whisky-infused truffles champion the exceptional characteristics of three of our very own single malt whiskies – Islay, Highland and Speyside. In these bite size treats, milk and dark chocolate enrobe three varieties of silky whisky-infused ganache.
Now for the important bit – on the nose, aromas of rich and warming dried red fruits are wrapped in toasted almond, oak spice and sweet vanilla. The palate is bold, full and rich, with cherry, dried cranberry, marmalade, malt, toffee and citrus-vanilla on a lingering finish. Undoubtedly the perfect touch of indulgence on an autumnal evening, the result is a delicious selection of unique, well-rounded single malt scotch truffles.
